This Policy explains, in plain language, what data the game Quickleron collects, why, and what you can do about it. The formal document required by Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” is the Personal Data Policy.
In short. We do not store your first name, last name, username or profile photo. The Game only needs your platform account identifier, a public nickname, your language, your country and your device’s time zone. We do not sell data and do not expose your profile to other services.
The controller (operator, in the terms of 152-FZ) is the Rightholder identified at the end of this page. Data questions: support@quickleron.online.
| Data | Why | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Your platform account identifier and, where the platform lets the Game message you, the chat identifier | signing in, saving progress, sending notifications and payment invoices | from the platform when the Game starts |
| Public name (nickname) | display in ratings, to opponents and friends | may be derived at sign-up from the name the platform passes at launch; the name itself is not saved — only the finished nickname is stored. You change it in settings afterwards |
| Interface language | language of the Game and notifications | from the platform, changeable in settings |
| Country (two-letter code) — two values: the country derived from your IP address, and the flag country | IP-derived country — statistics and abuse prevention; flag country — the flag next to your nickname | the IP-derived country is looked up from the address of your network request (the address itself is not stored); you choose the flag country in settings (by default it matches the derived one), where the flag can also be hidden |
| Device time zone (offset from universal time, in minutes) | so notifications arrive during your day, not at night | taken from your device settings when it contacts the server |
| Game data: level, coins, round results, achievements, friends, settings | the Game itself, ratings, awarding rewards | created as you play |
| Purchase data: fact, contents, amount in platform currency, payment identifier | delivering purchases, support, accounting | from the platform after payment |
| Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, request times, errors | service operation, protection against bots and abuse, troubleshooting | automatically when you contact the server |
| Input characteristics (tap timings) | detecting automated play (anti-cheat) | automatically during a round |
| Invitations: who invited whom | friend rewards, playing together | from the invitation link you arrived through |
| Acquisition source: the tag of the link (for example, an advertising campaign) through which you first opened the Game | measuring player acquisition channels | from the link address at first launch; with no tag you count as having come on your own |
| Round pace recordings for “Shadows”: the sequence and timing of taps in a “Race” round, without cell positions | an automated opponent or ally for other players when there are not enough live players; shown under your nickname and hero look | automatically from a finished round; a limited number of recent recordings is kept per round type and difficulty, older ones are replaced by newer ones |
| Support requests: topic and text of the request, a technical snapshot (device, game version, connection quality) and IP address; messages you write to the game's bot chat (text or caption and the message type — photo, sticker, etc., without the files themselves) | answering the request, troubleshooting | you send them yourself from the “Help” section or to the bot chat. Bot chat messages from someone who has not yet accepted the Terms of Use are stored without the sender's identifier |
| Name moderation: reports about public names (who reported whom) and name variants you entered that failed the check | protecting other players from offensive names, limiting repeat reports | your actions in the Game |
| Records of documents accepted and consents given (what and when) | evidence that you accepted the terms | your actions on the acceptance screen and in settings |
| Usage statistics in third-party counters: screens opened, rounds played, purchases, plus your internal player number, level, language, platform, subscription flag, an internal test-account flag and the acquisition source | understanding which screens work and which get in the way | automatically, in web versions of the Game — and only where permitted (section 10) |
First and last name, username, profile photo, phone number, email address, precise location, contact lists, or payment card details. Payment credentials are seen only by the platform — they never reach us.
About your name. Some platforms pass it to the Game at launch under their rules. If received, we use it only to build the initial nickname and do not store it as a separate field in the database or logs. You can change the nickname in settings at any time.
In ratings, to opponents and on your player card, others see: your nickname, hero look, level, how many days you have been in the Game, club subscription status, rating positions, league and division, championship medals, match statistics, personal round records and country flag (which you can hide in settings). Friends additionally see the score of the tables you both played. In competitive modes the recorded pace of your round may play as a “Shadow” under your nickname and hero look (section 2). Result cards you share yourself contain your nickname and result and are available by link to anyone you send it to. Nothing else — we simply do not have your first or last name, username or photo. You choose the nickname yourself and may pick one unconnected to your identity; the rules forbid putting contact details or other people’s names in it. If the public name needs to be removed, write to us and an automatic pseudonym will replace it.
Signs of play by automation software are detected algorithmically, based on input characteristics. As a result, an account may be excluded from public ratings and competitive matchmaking, and how intensively it plays may be limited. Access to the game is retained: decisions that restrict or terminate access are taken by a human, not by an algorithm. The indicators, thresholds and detection methods are not disclosed — disclosing them would defeat the game’s protection. Your rights in respect of such processing are set out in the Personal Data Policy.
Infrastructure providers give us computing resources: under their terms we do not entrust your data to them for processing, and the Operator is responsible for securing whatever is placed on those servers. Where processing genuinely is entrusted to a contractor, the contract requires it to maintain confidentiality and meet data protection requirements. We do not sell your data, do not pass it to advertisers, and do not profile you outside the Game.
The Rightholder is located in the Russian Federation. The Game’s servers and its contractors may be located both in that country and outside it; the server for a round is chosen by connection speed to your device, not by your country, and processes only the round’s own data (player number, nickname and hero look, taps and score). Platforms and web analytics providers process data where their own infrastructure is located. The current list of processing countries and the transfer safeguards applied are available on request.
For Russian citizens’ data, account identity details (the Platform, chat and Game identifiers, public nickname, language and country) are recorded and updated in a separate database in Russia. Core gameplay data are then processed on the Game’s servers (see above). Article 18(5) of 152-FZ applies to this flow and Article 12.1 applies to later cross-border transfers; the scope and sequence of operations must comply with those rules before the relevant collection and transfer begins.
For people in the EEA and the United Kingdom, access from Russia, the location of some servers and contractors outside the EEA (including in Russia), and certain processors’ work may be an international transfer. Before such a flow starts, the Operator must determine and put in place a mechanism permitted by the relevant law together with the necessary contractual and technical safeguards. Narrow derogations for individual necessary operations are not treated as a basis for bulk, repetitive transfers. Information about the mechanism actually used and an available copy of safeguards are provided on request.
You have the right to: obtain information about the processing of your data and a copy of it; have inaccurate data corrected; request erasure; restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability); withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — Roskomnadzor in Russia, or your national supervisory authority in the EU.
Deletion happens in the game, with no request to anyone. Settings → the «Account» section → «Delete account» (two-step confirmation). The request is carried out after 7 days: that period exists so you can change your mind. Throughout it the Game is paused for the account: on entry a screen shows the deletion date and a «Cancel deletion» button, which is also available in the same settings; no notifications arrive in the meantime. Nothing is altered before the request is carried out, so cancelling returns the account exactly as it was.
What happens when it is carried out. Platform identifiers (which makes signing in impossible), the public name, country (including the IP-derived one), language, time zone, consent records, social connections, leaderboard and competition results, pace recordings for “Shadows”, support requests, reports, technical telemetry and anti-automation records are destroyed. Retained are: payment records, to the extent and for the periods required by accounting and tax law, and an anonymised record of the account itself with its game numbers and service statistics (for example, the acquisition-source tag) — needed so that payment documents and other players’ entitlements (for example, rewards for whoever invited you) do not lose their meaning; that record contains no personal data and cannot be restored into an account. Progress and purchases cannot be recovered once deletion is carried out.
How to exercise the other rights: write to support@quickleron.online or through the “Help” section in the Game from the same platform account you play on. Under Russian law, access information is normally provided within 10 working days, extendable by no more than five working days with a reasoned notice. Correction, restriction, cessation and destruction have their own statutory periods. Account deletion requested in the game is carried out on the 7th day, and a request made by other means within 30 days; mandatory payment and other records are retained as required by law. A different applicable law’s period is followed where relevant.
The 6+ label concerns content, not legal capacity to contract or consent. Users must meet the age rules of their Platform and country.
In the United States the Game is not directed to children under 13: we provide no COPPA verifiable-parental-consent mechanism and do not knowingly collect such users’ data. This does not conflict with the 6+ label — that label is about content, not about a child’s ability to consent to data processing independently.
We also cannot verifiably obtain guardian authorisation for optional analytics or promotions: a child who requires that authorisation must not enable those features. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied data contrary to these rules may contact us; collection will stop and the data will be reviewed and erased as required.
The Game uses strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage: session, settings and interface state. The Game cannot work without them, and they require no consent.
Third-party analytics counters are used only in web versions of the Game. They do not know your name, but receive your internal player number and technical information, so the data are not anonymous. In every country, no external component is loaded and no event is sent until you actively opt in. The box is off by default, does not affect play, and can be withdrawn with the same setting. See the Consent to third-party analytics. Internal server-side statistics do not depend on that choice and are not sent to the third-party analytics provider.
We use encrypted traffic (HTTPS/WSS), restricted access to servers and the database, backups, logged administrative access, and data minimisation. No protection is absolute — but the less data we keep, the smaller the cost of any incident.
The current version is always published on this page with its number and date. Material changes are announced in the Game interface; a new consent is requested if the purpose or legal basis of voluntary processing changes.
