This is a separate, voluntary consent. It is not bundled with acceptance of the Terms, is never pre-selected and is not a condition of access to the Game. No third-party analytics component is loaded until consent has been given.
By turning on the initially disabled “Help improve the game” setting, you consent to the Rightholder identified at the end of this page (the Controller) processing the data below for product analytics: assessing the use of screens and features, finding where players abandon the Game, measuring stability, and improving the Game.
Third-party analytics may receive: your internal player identifier; screen-open, round-start and round-finish events; platform, interface language, level, club subscription status, an internal test-account flag and the acquisition source (which link the Game was opened from); the fact, type and amount of a purchase in Platform currency without payment credentials. Separately, the analytics service itself obtains your IP address and browser and device information and derives an approximate region from them.
The operations may include automated collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision or access), pseudonymisation, restriction, erasure and destruction.
The Controller may engage web-analytics processors under agreements imposing confidentiality and data-protection duties. Their infrastructure may include the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. The current processor, processing countries and applicable international-transfer safeguards are available on request from support@quickleron.online.
The data are not disclosed to advertisers, used to serve third-party advertising, or used for decisions that produce legal effects concerning you.
This consent lasts until the earliest of withdrawal, Account deletion, discontinuation of third-party analytics, or fulfilment of the stated purpose. A material change to the purpose, data or recipients requires a new opt-in to a new version.
Withdrawal is as easy as consent: turn the setting off under “Settings → Documents”, or email the Controller. No new events are shared after withdrawal; data for which there is no other lawful retention basis are erased or anonymised within the applicable statutory period. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before it was received.
Where applicable law does not allow a user to give this consent independently, it must be given or authorised by the holder of parental responsibility. Do not enable analytics without that authorisation. A parent or guardian may contact the Controller about a child’s data; collection will be stopped and the data reviewed and erased as required by law.
Your choice does not disable records needed to operate the Game: Account, progress, payments, abuse prevention, technical logs and aggregated server-side statistics. Their legal bases and retention periods are described in the Privacy Policy.
