This page gathers the warnings and disclaimers that matter to players and platforms. It supplements the Terms of Use without replacing them.
Quickleron is a game of speed and attention. The outcome of a round is determined by the player’s actions, not by chance. There is no monetary or other property prize: coins, klerons, energy, skins and other in-game objects have no guaranteed monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be cashed out. An in-game entry fee for a match is a condition of taking part in a competition, not a wager.
In-game items are not money, electronic money, digital currency or securities and cannot be exchanged for money. You receive a limited contractual right to use them inside the Game. The Rightholder may change their balance and properties within the limits of law and existing paid obligations.
The Rightholder gives no undertaking to keep the game running indefinitely. The free game, any of its modes, round types, items and features may be changed or discontinued prospectively for technical, legal, economic or security reasons, up to and including shutting the game down entirely.
If that happens, progress and in-game items may become unavailable. Free progress is not compensated. Any unused paid feature and active subscription are handled under mandatory applicable law and Platform rules.
Progress can also be lost without a shutdown: through a failure, an error, restoration from a backup, actions of the platform, or deletion of your platform account. Preservation of progress is not guaranteed.
Take this into account when buying: a paid feature provides the access described in the interface, not permanent ownership of an object. Mandatory consumer rights to a refund, correction or another remedy remain.
A small number of people may experience a seizure when exposed to flashing images, flashes of light or high-contrast patterns — even with no prior history of epilepsy. Some game modes include rapid frame changes, flashes and visual distortion.
Stop playing immediately and consult a doctor if you experience dizziness, altered vision, muscle twitching, disorientation, involuntary movements or confusion while playing.
Play in a well-lit room, sit away from the screen, take a 10–15 minute break every hour, and do not play when very tired.
The content is labelled 6+ under Russian content-labelling rules. The Game contains no graphic or realistic violence, sexual content or profanity in Rightholder-created materials; it may contain stylised competition and fantasy conflict. There is no free-text messaging between players.
Users must meet the age rules of their Platform and country. A content label does not allow a child to accept the Terms, consent to optional data processing or pay for a purchase independently. A parent or legal guardian acts where law requires it.
The Rightholder makes reasonable efforts to keep the Game running, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, absence of errors, compatibility with every device, or preservation of progress in the event of a failure. Maintenance, downtime and balance changes are possible.
Quickleron is not a product of the platforms it is distributed through and is not affiliated with them. Platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used solely to indicate how the Game is distributed. Platform rules apply to your platform account and payments independently of these documents.
In some versions of the Game, advertising is selected and served by the platform. The parties’ roles, labelling, reporting and click-through rules are governed by applicable law, the platform interface and the contract with the platform. This does not exclude Rightholder liability where mandatory law places it on the Rightholder or where the Rightholder participated in creating the advertisement or external link.
The Game does not store your first name, last name, username, profile photo, phone number or email address. Payment credentials are handled by the platform and never reach the Rightholder. Details: Privacy Policy.
