Consent to promotional messages

1. Scope of consent

By enabling the “Discounts” notification category — off by default — in the Game settings, you give prior consent to the Rightholder identified at the end of this page to send promotional and promotional-informational messages solely about Quickleron: personalised offers, discounts, new paid features, and an offer’s expiry.

2. Channel, data and recipients

Messages are delivered through the Platform on which you interact with the Game, including by Telegram bot message. Selecting and delivering them may use your Platform account and chat identifiers, language, country code, activity and purchase information without payment credentials, and the offer assigned to you.

The Platform receives data needed for delivery and also processes it under its own rules. Data are not disclosed to third-party advertisers. This consent does not cover third-party ads that a Platform may display on its own legal basis.

3. Choice, duration and withdrawal

Consent is voluntary, does not affect access to the Game or the price of a completed purchase, and lasts until withdrawal or Account deletion. The Controller records the consent version, decision and time of change to evidence prior consent.

You may withdraw at any time by switching off “Discounts” in the Game settings or emailing support@quickleron.online. The Controller’s promotional messages stop after withdrawal. You may also block all messages using the Platform’s own controls.

4. Children

Where applicable law requires a parent or guardian to authorise advertising or a related transaction, that person must enable the category and make the purchase decision. The 6+ content label does not mean that a child can independently consent to advertising or pay for purchases.
